» Brief Introduction
The hydraulic drive winch transforms the hydraulic energy into
mechanical energy obtained by the hydraulic motor through the
hydraulic system, decelerates and increases the torsion through the
planetary reducer, produces a great torque on the drum, and drag
heavy objects by winding the steel wire rope on the drum.
» Main Application
According to the different driving force of the winch, there are
mainly the following six kinds:
1, electric winch, is the most common winch. The winch is driven by
the vehicle's own electrical system.
2, PTO capstan, using the transfer box output power as power
source.
3, hydraulic winch, the use of vehicle power, power steering system
for its power source, the use of power steering pump to provide
source power.
4, wheel capstan, is a relatively new capstan system, that is, by
the wheel shaft to provide driving force.
5, manual winch, to hand longitudinal or circular motion as the
driving force of the winch, due to the limitation of manpower work,
usually manual winch tension is not big.
6. Pneumatic winch, the same design and working principle as
hydraulic winch, but the power is changed from compressed liquid to
compressed gas.
